The way the world is moving is so unsure and in these times we must rely on communities we trust the most. The community in and around CHAI is ever evolving and although we pushed our opening due to COVID-19, we didn't stop our momentum. We know you haven't stopped working and so neither will we.
With new safety guidelines, better scheduling, not opening to non-members and more access to virtual perks, your investment into your business is still smooth and safe working at the Studio.
We are opening for you and so you are our number one priority.

Please check your temperature before entering the space. Thermometers will be available at the reception desk.
better cleaning practices

We mandate daily midday cleanings to ensure our members safety and our space is sanitized properly. Between 1230p and 1p, we will ask that members step out so we can clean all areas.

Our desk spaces, meeting room reservations, lounge and common areas have enough room to space out per guidelines. Where guidelines for space can't be met, a mask and sanitizing will be required.

To reduce the daily footprint inside our space, you have the option to virtually cowork with other members by simply reserving your spot in the virtual cowork sessions.

Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
Avoid close contact with everyone.
Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
Avoid not distancing between yourself and other people.
Here's what to avoid:

Washing your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
Use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.

We encourage all members to frequently clean their commonly used areas (keyboards, phones, chairs) by spraying and wiping with disinfectant located in the kitchenette or at reception.

Put distance between yourself and other people. Remember that some people without symptoms may be able to spread virus. Keeping distance from others is especially important for people who are at higher risk of getting very sick. You could spread COVID-19 to others even if you do not feel sick. We encourage all members to wear PPE.
